Appointment & Cancellation policy

 
 

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY:

A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointment requests and will be invoiced to you directly via email. Your appointment will be on a 24-hour HOLD until the deposit has been made. The deposit amount will depend and vary on what service you are booking. Please note; If not paid please know you risk your appointment being cancelled. The remaining balance MUST be paid in full at your appointment date. All deposits can only be transferred 1 time to another date if rescheduled, and will be charged an additional deposit on the third appointment and so on. *I accept cash, debit/credit *All clients are required to be 18+ years of age, with or without parents consent*

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being late for your appointment sets the following client’s appointment back. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. We know that things may arise and if you running behind please communicate with us so we can assess at that time how to move forward.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY:

48 hours notice is required to make any changes to your appointment. ANY cancellations after that will result in a loss of your non-refundable deposit and depending on your service, you will be charged 50% of your appointment (due before you can reschedule).

No-Shows will result in a loss of your non-refundable deposit and will be charged 100% of the service you were scheduled for. This amount will be due before you may reschedule. 

**There is a Non-Refundable policy on all services completed and provided once paid. No exceptions, thank you for your understanding.
